Corporate Profile

About Us

Stability, cross-border integrity and long-term partnership: the terms on which ALNJH Group accepts a mandate.

01. Institutional Profile

An intermediary that carries the documentation, not only the cargo.

ALNJH Group was formed to serve a narrow and demanding class of client: industrial groups, state entities and institutional buyers whose requirements cross jurisdictions, currencies and regulatory regimes at the same time. Such transactions fail for predictable reasons: an unverified supplier, an incomplete document set, a routing that no longer clears, a contract that allocates risk to the wrong party. The Group exists to close those gaps before they become commercial losses.

From the corporate seat in Ankara, the Group directs contracting, treasury, compliance and counterparty review. The warehouse and distribution facility in Muscat holds stock, consolidates consignments and supervises discharge on the Arabian Sea and Indian Ocean routes. Both operate as one commercial book under a single management structure. A client is never handed between entities that do not share a ledger.

The Group is deliberately conservative in the mandates it accepts. Business is declined where end-use cannot be established, where the counterparty will not submit to standard verification, or where the routing would place the transaction outside a regime the Group can properly document.

A trading house is judged not by the volume it moves, but by the transactions it declines to move.

02. Governance Philosophy

Authority is exercised where it can be traced.

I.

Defined Mandate Authority

No commercial commitment is issued without written authority at the correct level. Contracting, pricing and payment authority are separated so that no single officer can bind the Group unilaterally.

II.

Counterparty Review Before Terms

Verification precedes negotiation. Corporate standing, ownership, jurisdiction and end-use are established before specification, price or delivery terms are discussed.

III.

Documentary Discipline

Every transaction is expected to survive review by a correspondent bank, an insurer and a customs authority. The document set is built to that standard from the outset, not assembled after the fact.

03. Supply Chain Risk Mitigation

Where transactions break, and how the Group holds them together.

  • Counterparty risk: verification of corporate standing, ownership and trading history before any commitment is issued.
  • Specification risk: independent pre-shipment inspection and assay where grade, purity or tolerance is material to value.
  • Routing risk: alternate corridors and carriers identified at contracting stage, not after a lane closes.
  • Regulatory risk: screening against applicable sanctions and export control regimes in every jurisdiction the goods touch.
  • Payment risk: instrument and terms structured to the standing of the parties, with banking channels confirmed in advance.
  • Documentary risk: a complete, consistent document set issued to recognised international standards.
