Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation or commitment to supply, purchase, finance or procure anything. All capability descriptions are indicative. Availability, specification and pricing are confirmed only under an executed contract.
All engagements are subject to the export control, transfer, transit and sanctions law of every jurisdiction connected to the transaction, including the country of origin, transit, destination and of the currency of settlement, together with applicable multilateral control regimes. Where an authorisation required for a transaction is not granted, refused, revoked or lapses, the Group will not proceed, and any related obligation is suspended or terminated accordingly.
Items described anywhere on this website as specialised, tactical, mission-critical or dual-use are supplied only to government ministries and agencies, licensed prime contractors and authorised institutional entities, and only against a valid End-User Certificate issued by the competent authority and verified by the Group. The Group does not supply controlled items to non-state actors, does not act where the end-user is undisclosed, and does not act where onward transfer or re-export is intended without the written authorisation of the issuing authority.
Goods supplied by the Group may not be re-exported, re-transferred, re-sold or otherwise disposed of contrary to the terms of the authorisation under which they were supplied. Counterparties accept this restriction as a condition of supply.
Every engagement is conditional upon verification of the counterparty, its beneficial ownership, its authority to contract and its intended end-use. The Group may decline or discontinue any engagement, at any stage and without stating a reason, where it is not satisfied on any of these points.
