The terms on which this website is provided and on which ALNJH Group accepts and progresses enquiries.
These terms govern your use of the ALNJH Group website and the submission of an enquiry through it. By using this website you accept them. They do not govern the supply of any goods or services, which is governed exclusively by a separately executed contract.
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, an invitation to treat capable of acceptance, a solicitation, or a commitment to supply, purchase, finance or procure anything. Descriptions of capability are indicative only.
An enquiry submitted through this website creates no obligation on either party. The Group is under no obligation to respond to, progress or accept any enquiry, and may decline any enquiry at its discretion and without stating a reason. No contract arises until terms have been agreed in writing and executed by an authorised signatory of the Group.
Any engagement is conditional upon: satisfactory verification of the counterparty, its beneficial ownership and its authority; establishment of end-use and, where applicable, issue and verification of a valid End-User Certificate; and the availability of every export, transit and import authorisation required in the jurisdictions concerned. Where any condition is not met, the Group will not proceed.
You may not use this website or its inquiry portal to submit false or misleading information, to conceal the identity of a principal or an intended end-user, to seek goods for onward transfer in breach of an authorisation, or for any purpose that would place either party in breach of applicable sanctions, export control or anti-money-laundering law.
The Group takes care to ensure that the content of this website is accurate at the date of publication, but gives no warranty that it is complete, current or free from error. Capability, availability, specification and pricing are confirmed only under executed contract.
The Group does not warrant that this website will be available uninterrupted or free from defect, and may modify, suspend or withdraw it, in whole or in part, without notice.
The content, layout, photography, marks and design of this website are the property of ALNJH Group or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced, distributed or used to create derivative works without written permission, save that individual pages may be printed or stored for your own internal reference.
This website contains no third-party links or embedded third-party content. Where a link to an external resource is added in future, the Group accepts no responsibility for the content of that resource.
