How information submitted to ALNJH Group through this website is collected, used and retained.
This policy applies to the ALNJH Group website and to information submitted through the institutional inquiry portal. It does not apply to information exchanged under an executed contract, which is governed by the confidentiality provisions of that contract.
This website sets no cookies. It carries no analytics, advertising, tag management, social media or third-party tracking technology of any kind, and makes no requests to any external host. No profile is built of any visitor, and no visitor is tracked across sessions or across sites.
Standard server access logs may be retained by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes. These are not used to identify individual visitors.
Where you complete the inquiry portal, the information you enter is used solely to assess and respond to your enquiry. That information typically comprises your name, position, business email address, telephone number, the corporate entity you represent, its registration details and country of registration, and the specification, volume and destination of your requirement.
Please do not submit personal data beyond what is necessary to identify you as an authorised representative, and do not submit sensitive personal data through this form.
Where an enquiry progresses, the Group will request documentation to verify the corporate standing, beneficial ownership and authority of the counterparty, and will conduct sanctions, denied-party and adverse media screening. This is a regulatory requirement of the Group's business and a condition of engagement. Details of the verification standard applied are set out under Governance & Compliance.
Information is processed in order to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, to comply with legal obligations to which the Group is subject, including anti-money-laundering, sanctions and export control obligations, and for the Group's legitimate interest in assessing and managing counterparty risk.
The Group does not sell, rent or trade information submitted to it. Information may be disclosed to the Group's professional advisers, banks, insurers, inspection agencies and logistics providers where necessary to assess or perform a transaction, and to a competent regulatory, customs or law enforcement authority where the Group is required to do so by law.
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as is necessary to respond to the enquiry and, where a relationship follows, for the period required for contracting and statutory record keeping. Where an enquiry does not proceed, records are retained only so far as the Group's compliance obligations require.
The website is served over TLS. Enquiry information is handled by a limited number of authorised officers of the Group. No email address is published in the source of this website in a form that can be collected automatically.
Subject to the law applicable to you, you may request access to the personal information the Group holds about you, request its correction, or request its erasure where the Group is not required to retain it. Requests should be addressed to the Group through the inquiry portal, marked for the attention of the Compliance Officer.
