01. Supply Mandate

Continuity of supply is a contractual outcome, not a promise.

The Group arranges the physical supply of bulk and semi-finished industrial goods between producing regions and end markets. Material is sourced directly from producers, licensed exporters and established mill or refinery channels, never from undocumented intermediaries.

Each supply line is built around three fixed commitments: the material must be traceable to a verifiable origin; the specification must be independently confirmed before shipment where grade is material to value; and the delivery obligation must be stated in unambiguous Incoterms with the transfer of risk clearly identified.

Where a buyer requires programme supply rather than a single cargo, the Group contracts on a term basis with agreed tolerance, nominated laycans and a defined escalation route for specification or delivery disputes.

02. Sub-Divisions

Metals, Minerals & Energy Inputs

Bulk sourcing and supply line management for primary ores, refined metals, industrial chemicals and energy products.

Ferrous and non-ferrous metals: billet, rebar, plate, coil, copper and aluminium
Ores, concentrates and industrial minerals in bulk
Industrial chemicals supplied through licensed channels
Energy products including refined products, petroleum coke and solid fuels

Mill test certification, independent assay and draft survey are applied at load port, with sealed retention samples held for the contractual claim period.

Agricultural & Industrial Bulk Goods

Strategic supply contracts for high-volume agricultural commodities and raw manufacturing inputs.

Grains, pulses, oils and processed foodstuffs for institutional buyers
Raw manufacturing inputs and processed intermediate goods
Aggregates, refractory and construction minerals

Contracted on GAFTA and FOSFA-standard terms where applicable, with phytosanitary and health certification, fumigation records and independent quality analysis supplied as part of the document set.

Global Logistics & Supply Chain Security

End-to-end freight coordination, port-to-factory delivery schedules and volume continuity protocols.

Bulk, break-bulk and containerised ocean freight with charter party review
Inland and multimodal pre-carriage with transit documentation prepared in advance
Marine cargo insurance placed to the contractual Incoterm
Alternate corridors and carriers identified at contracting stage

Volume continuity is treated as a contractual obligation: where a primary lane closes, the replacement routing is already qualified rather than improvised.

03. Quality Control Protocol

Verification at every transfer of custody.

Origin verification: producer licence, mill or mine of origin and chain of title established before contracting.
Pre-shipment inspection: appointed independent surveyor attends loading; sampling and analysis to the agreed method.
Sealed retention samples: held by the surveyor for the contractual claim period.
Load port certification: certificates of quality, quantity, weight and origin issued before vessel departure.
Discharge survey: outturn quantity and condition recorded at destination where the contract provides for it.
Defined claim procedure: dispute resolution, umpire analysis and time bars written into the contract.
