01. Operating Network

Two locations, each with a defined function.

The Group does not maintain representative addresses. It holds one corporate seat and one physical handling facility, and each carries a distinct operating responsibility.

Ankara is the corporate seat. Mandate acceptance, contracting, treasury, compliance and counterparty review are all directed from there, and it is the point of contact for every enquiry regardless of which division it concerns.

Muscat is the warehouse and distribution facility. It holds stock, consolidates and breaks bulk, supervises discharge, and gives the Group a physical position on the Arabian Sea rather than a purely contractual one.

Because both operate on a single management book, a counterparty dealing with the warehouse is dealing with the same entity, the same compliance standard and the same contracting authority as one dealing with Ankara. Files are not handed between affiliates.
