Eligibility & Scope Notice

This division accepts instructions exclusively from government ministries, defence and interior agencies, civil defence organisations, licensed prime contractors and authorised institutional entities. Enquiries from private individuals, unlicensed intermediaries or entities unable to produce a valid End-User Certificate are declined without exception. No pricing, availability or technical specification is released prior to authorisation of the requesting entity.

01. How to Raise an Enquiry

Enquire by category, not by catalogue number.

The Group holds supply relationships across twelve procurement categories. Rather than publish a product list with prices, which would be meaningless before an entity is authorised, each category is treated as a separate line of enquiry with its own control status and its own documentary requirements.

Select the category that matches your requirement and raise an enquiry against it. The category is carried into the inquiry portal automatically, so the compliance desk knows from the outset which control regime applies and what documentation to request from you.

Where a requirement spans several categories, raise the enquiry against the principal one and describe the remainder in the specification field. A single file will be opened.

Category, control status and End-User Certification are established before specification, availability or price enters the conversation.

03. Engagement Protocol

Six gates. No enquiry advances until the previous gate is closed.

  • Gate I: Principal identification. The requesting entity is identified and its authority to procure is confirmed against official records.
  • Gate II: End-use establishment. Intended end-use and end-user are stated in writing and corroborated independently.
  • Gate III: End-User Certification. A valid EUC is issued by the competent authority and verified by the Group before any commitment.
  • Gate IV: Licensing. Export, transit and import authorisations are obtained in every jurisdiction on the routing.
  • Gate V: Screening. All parties, vessels and intermediaries are screened against applicable sanctions and denied-party lists.
  • Gate VI: Controlled execution. Movement proceeds under documented custody to the designated official consignee, with delivery confirmed in writing.

04. Channel & Correspondence

Enquiries in this division are handled outside the general commercial queue.

Official Channels Only

Correspondence is accepted from an official domain of the requesting ministry, agency or licensed contractor. Enquiries from personal or generic mail services are not progressed.

Staged Disclosure

No technical specification, availability or pricing is disclosed before the requesting entity has been authorised under Gates I to III.

Named Handling

Each authorised file is assigned to a single named officer of the Group and is not circulated beyond the compliance and commercial principals responsible for it.

Regulatory Statement

ALNJH Group conducts all activity in this division in accordance with the export control, transfer and sanctions law of the Republic of Türkiye, the Sultanate of Oman and of every other jurisdiction connected to the transaction, together with applicable multilateral control regimes. The Group does not supply controlled items to non-state actors, does not participate in transactions involving undisclosed end-users, and does not act where re-export or onward transfer is intended without the written authorisation of the issuing authority. Where the Group cannot satisfy itself as to end-use, the enquiry is closed. Category descriptions are indicative of supply capability and do not constitute an offer; availability in any category is determined solely by the authorisations held by the requesting entity and by the export control law applicable to the transaction.
